And my lunch today, have a gap between classes so I had to eat at the Cafeteria. Omg this salad bar is the best thing that has ever happened to me.
All sorts of cottage cheese, egg pieces, chicken salad, craisins, sunflower seeds, cucumbers, peppers and all sorts of goodness- no dressing.
For $3? Really? Can’t beat it! And my water bottle :)
A few of my favorite things: Almond butter with honey on whole grain toast! Yummmm
Vegan (gluten free) chocolate cake with avocado chocolate frosting! Yumm!
Ahi Tuna salad that I tried while on a little vacation the other week - Consisted of some peanuts, little wonton strips, the delicious seared tuna and lettuce, the sauce I had put on the side and I dipped a few bites into the dressing but it was still just as delicious without it. Yum want again soon.

Here is my dinner from tonight and guess what? This entire meal is only 100 calories! Yes… 100! This large plate of spaghetti is only 100 calories you ask? Yep! With Shirataki Tofu Noodles :) I ate the whole bag which is 2 servings (each serving is 20 calories) so that was 40, then I added about 45 calories of tomato pasta sauce and 2 teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese.
Ugh I love Shirataki noodles: Gluten free, vegan, and guilt free :) Have a good day

My dinner from a few nights ago — loaded with protein!
Alpha omega salad, pasta salad with spinach and red peppers and my homemade energy bar. To drink: fat free hot cocoa!
Not sure calorie/nutrition wise how ‘healthy’ these are but they still beat a candy bar! I would love to try these for a nice treat: Sea salt whole wheat matzo crackers covered in organic dark chocolate sprinkled with hemp seeds, cashews and apricots.
