Two slices wheat french toast (with egg whites and skim milk for batter), raspberries and strawberry slices, fat free cottage cheese with cinnamon, 5 raw almonds and a few chocolate chips. To drink: non fat iced chai!

I really like this idea, so next time I am feeling like treating myself I will try it out.
Not quite like this, cut section in core area of apple. Microwave a mixture: butter (or “I can’t believe it’s not butter” or applesauce or something, and then add in cinnamon and brown sugar. Pour into the cut out section, microwave and then put in oven! Top with walnuts if feeling naughty Yum.
