How to distract yourself from eating (when you are not hungry)
- Go on Tumblr
- Take a walk
- Have a nice bottle of water
- Lay in bed and listen to a meditation CD/sounds of nature CD, get some china gel and apply to your back. Relax :)
- Read a good book
- Clean your room
- Go to your room and write or do school work
- Watch porn
- Shower then get in pj’s and talk to a cute boy on the phone/texting
- Paint your toenails and nails -can’t binge with wet nails :)
- Have a mini ‘spa’ night, soak feet, paint them, relax, apply china gel to self, listen to good music, pluck eyebrows and do other beauty things
- Have Netflix? Rent a good movie (and avoid snacking while watching)
- Light candles and incense, read positive affirmations, smell aromatherapy oils.— or my personal favorite, lavender.
- Need to run errands not involving food? Do that! Go to the laundromat, etc.
- Go to the library find some new good reads
- Look through old pictures
