Husk (ground) cherry jam.  Not my photo, but that’s what it looks like.

Husk cherries are a wonderful little native relative of the tomatillia tomato: small and sweet.  The jam was just lovely, albeit a little runny.  I hear that ground cherries make a mean pie.  For that, I’ll have to recurite the culinary skills of Erin.  YUMBLR!
