Have so much prep work to do in preparation for Summer Camp Music Festival which by the way is in like three days !! Woo wooo!! Need to stay healthy though and this may be tricky since I will be drunk the whole time (haha :/) but I am assuming I will be burning tons and tons of calories dancing and walking the whole 4-5 days so I’m not TOO worried.
It is tricky because I won’t have a cooler or anything but as far as food I am packing
Homemade whole grain bread
Better’n Peanut butter + almond butter w/ honey
Trail mix with roasted almonds, pecans, walnuts, dried cherries + cranberries, raisins, some coconut flakes and sunflower seeds.
Lots and lots of homemade energy bars (both raw energy bars and baked, also trying out the Honey Bee Bar which I got at the Willy Street Food Co-Op recently, and maybe trying out a few more recipes when I finish these)
Canned tuna and tomatoes
Lots of water
Air popped popcorn
Bananas, apples, oranges, pears
And then my girl Grace is bringing some healthy stuff - glad we’re on the same page :)
