I think I am going to have a Mediterranean style dinner or something tomorrow because I’m craving some good ole cous cous, mashawa soup, whole wheat naan (afghan bread), salad with curry cucumber dressing and tempeh in spicy curry tomato sauce. Mmmm and baked falafel and a greek turkey burger with spinach and feta! Ahhh a girl can dream okay
Has anyone actually tried these? I don’t usually go for diet foods like this and usually just get as natural/as close to the real thing as possible. But sometimes you just need some good ice cream, right? and 150 calories for an ENTIRE PINT…. and a decent amount of protein and other nutrition from what I hear, so IDK I may have to try it out
Have you ever eaten an entire pint of ice cream? Have you ever suffered a break up and turned to your “friends” Ben and Jerry? Well what I have learned is…Ben and Jerry are out to get you! So I made a new friend: Arctic Zero. These pints are 150 calories…no, not a serving…a PINT! My favorite flavors are chocolate and cookies n’ cream! Indulge!
Gained a little bit of weight this weekend — I’m 142.5ish. Not going to cry about it. I had an eventful weekend and I’m proud I was very social ;) Haha it’s good to go out and be around good company sometimes, it’s the things you remember in the end anyway! And hey life is short and you might as well do fun things all the time, Right? It’s best to put yourself a little outside your comfort zone at least once everyday
Do need to work on that whole overeating thing though — seems like whenever I go out I think it is okay to eat unhealthy.
Ps: I am working on compiling a little healthy cookbook with some tips I’ve used for weight loss and also encouraging trying out different diet restrictions such as raw food, veganism, gluten free and no processed foods just to see the benefits of some of them!
