APRIL STARTS TOMORROW GUYS! New months are perfect opportunities to really reconnect to your health! Set a goal for yourself for April. I am going to make April my bitch and really be focused on losing weight and getting to goal weight of 135/130. Let’s see if I can get there! I know I can :)
Side note : While working hard on getting to goal weight, still love your body!! <3 Curves are sexy too. Ok after all, if you google image search ‘hot girl’ most of them are a little curvy haha just saying :P You should actually google that though, I’m serious.
Do not drink alcohol unless is a really special occasion for drinking. Why? Drinking always leads to overeating… for me at least.
Weigh around 130-135 by end of April :)
Do not have splurge days on weekends, do not gain back weight on weekends.
There are so many events for me in May that I want to look great for!
