Back to dieting, thank god. Here’s my daily intake/outtake so far. I included calories, not going to include sugars, fat cals, and other nutrition facts though!
Breakfast: Coffee and a spoonful of fat free hot cocoa mix as a creamer. (30)
5 Raspberries, 1/3 a banana sliced. (50)
Lunch: Veggie burger, no bun. Ketchup, tomato slice, lettuce. (150)
Half a banana (45)
Dinner: Select Harvest Soup- Harvest Tomato with Basil (100)
Snack: Fat Free Hot Cocoa mix with water (25)
A small iced coffee, with whole milk and a little bit of a sugar packet (68) -Didn’t finish
Water so far, about 4 glasses.
Outtake- Tracy Anderson’s workout video days 1-10 16 moves. And about 25 minutes of dancing cardio.
So, while I am proud I went back to dieting, I got a dieting app today which I would recommend, tells daily and weekly calorie allowance and breaks it down by categories (fat calorie allowance, sugar allowance, etc.)
So I need to improve in a few ways, no more caffeine! Less sugar! I didn’t realize how much sugar was in soup, fruit, etc. Also try to eat less veggie burgers and processed foods.
