Back to dieting, thank god. Here’s my daily intake/outtake so far. I included calories, not going to include sugars, fat cals, and other nutrition facts though!
Intake
Breakfast: Coffee and a spoonful of fat free hot cocoa mix as a creamer. (30) 5 Raspberries, 1/3 a banana sliced. (50)
Lunch: Veggie burger, no bun. Ketchup, tomato slice, lettuce. (150) Half a banana (45)

100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins (Lean meats + veggies) Fruit Tea La Croix Oatmeal with no added sugar Hot cocoa (the healthy 20 calorie no fat, no sugar kind) Decaf coffee and Silk soy creamer (french vanilla) Broccoli broth and frozen broccoli to add in + other healthy soups (low sugar) Brown rice and veggies Veggie burger/dogs or ingredients for making own veggie burger Tofu Roasted...
Daily Update 1/29/2012
As I approach day 20 of dieting and working out I’m getting…. lazy. My diet has been slipping and I’ve become unmotivated to work out. I think this blog is just in time to save myself from gaining back the weight I have lost.
It’s been like 5 days since I last worked out! NOT GOOD. I want to go back to me knowing, without a doubt, that I have to fit the Tracy workout...
First post, and this is a blog mainly for myself. I am trying to lose around 30 pounds by the time I go off to Portland, Oregon (7 months from now).
